Privacy Policy

SearchVisible (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates searchvisible.ai. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

When you run a free audit, we collect the brand name, domain, and email address you provide. Audit results — including your V-Score and per-model scores — are stored so we can email them to you and track trends over time.

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, brand name, and V-Score (if you came from an audit).

When you message us on Facebook Messenger, we collect your Facebook display name, the website domain you ask us to audit, and the conversation content necessary to run the audit and deliver your results. We store a record of audits run through Messenger for rate-limiting purposes (one free audit per domain every 30 days). If you send STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE, we record your opt-out and will not send further messages. You can opt back in at any time by sending START.

Automatically, we collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) and analytics data via Google Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use your data

• To send you your audit results and any follow-up you request
• To notify you when your waitlist spot is ready
• To improve the product — understanding how brands use the audit tool
• To communicate product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate SearchVisible:

• Supabase — database and storage (EU/US data centres)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google Analytics — anonymised site analytics
• Railway — application hosting
• Meta (Facebook) — Messenger platform; interactions via our Facebook page are subject to Meta’s Privacy Policy

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

Data retention

We retain audit data and email addresses for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@searchvisible.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for admin authentication, and Google Analytics sets cookies for analytics purposes. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
